Collect Point through OMV and Petrom network

A service which implies the collection, sorting, transport and delivery of envelopes (max 500 grams) and parcels (max 10 kg and 35x35x20 cm) delivered by the sender in the access points from OMV and Petrom gas stations, in a minim one and maximum 3 working days, using a road transport solution.

  • Parcels or envelopes with the maximum allowed weight of 35x35x20 cm can be sent, abiding by the standard packing conditions.
  • The delivery term is minimum one, maximum 3 working days;
  • The maximum return term is 5 calendar days from notification.

  • Accepted dimensions: only parcels and documents which are framed in the dimensional limits of the FAN Courier packages (self-sealed bags in A4 format), available in the partners’ locations

  • The transport document (AWB) is filled in in the partner’s location and the payment is made via SMS from the Vodafone, Orange or Telekom networks, the cost being different based on the type of dispatch and destination locality, as follows:

After sending the SMS with the code specified on the instructions flyer, the customer will receive the payment confirmation and a code that he will subsequently write on the AWB.
• Before making the payment, please check if the location chosen for destination is in the FAN Courier coverage area.

IMPORTANT

  • The Collect Point Through OMV and Petrom Network service does not have available options: Collector Account Reimbursement, Cash Reimbursement, Return of Documents, Insurance or delivery in other localities than the ones from the FAN Courier coverage area.
  • Before sending a dispatch, please consult the General Conditions Regarding the Provision of Postal Services.
  • For details regarding the transport payment by the receiver, please contact the Collect Point department.

FAN Courier reserves the right not to insure this delivery service in the minimum one and maximum 3 working days, with the obligation to inform the customers about this fact before picking up the order, under the following conditions:

  • Unfavourable weather conditions independent of the company’s will (fog, heavy snow, snow blocks, heavy rains, floods, yellow/orange/red code, frost, closed/non-operable roads etc.);
  • Large number of registered and in operation orders;
  • Large volume of orders in relation to the existent logistic facility under special conditions or crowded year periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Easter, March 1st and 8th etc.);
  • AWB is not generated from the SelfAWB app.

Attention! The customer’s approval at order pick-up by FAN Courier under the previously specified conditions equals with its acceptance of the non-execution risk in the minimum one and maximum 3 working days
