Red Code
Dispatches which MANDATORY fulfill the following conditions are accepted for this type of service:
- parcels of maximum 5 kg;
- parcel does not exceed 30x30x30 cm dimensions;
- parcels which have the destination in one of the FAN Courier agencies from this list;
- shipments with payment at destination are accepted only with a confirmation from the recipient (by phone, fax or e-mail);
- at the pick-up moment, the sender will sign on the AWB (confirms the acceptance of FAN Courier conditions).
- The maximum pick-up hour of the parcels is 15:00 (valid throughout Romania).
Indemnities are made according to:
General Conditions Regarding the Provision of Postal Services.
- Weight: maximum 5 kg
- No volume parcels are accepted!
- Dimensions: maximum 30x30x30 cm.
- Content of dispatch: 1 envelope/parcel.

Shipments without AWB issued by the client from online applications: 2.00 lei (without VAT) / 2.38 lei (with VAT)**
Saturday delivery: 7.00 lei (without VAT) / 8.33 lei (with VAT)**
**The shipping cost corresponding to the type of service chosen is added.
The fuel index available here is added to the displayed prices.
In case of non-performance of the provisions which are additional characteristics, only the tariff cashed additionally from the tariff applicable for the Standard service will be returned, in the following cases:
- lack of delivery until 10:00 A.M.
- force majeure cases or cases which exclude FAN Courier
In case of non-performance of the provisions which are additional characteristics, the tariff cashed additionally from the tariff applicable for the Standard service will not be returned in the following cases:
- receipt refusal
- wrong address
- lack of recipient
FAN Courier reserves the right not to insure this delivery service in the minimum one and maximum 3 working days, with the obligation to inform the customers about this fact before picking up the order, under the following conditions:
- Unfavourable weather conditions independent of the company’s will (fog, heavy snow, snow blocks, heavy rains, floods, yellow/orange/red code, frost, closed/non-operable roads etc.);
- Large number of registered and in operation orders;
- Large volume of orders in relation to the existent logistic facility under special conditions or crowded year periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Easter, March 1st and 8th etc.);
- AWB is not generated from the selfAWB app.
Attention! The customer’s approval at order pick-up by FAN Courier under the previously specified conditions equals with its acceptance of the non-execution risk in the minimum one and maximum 3 working days.
