SCHEDULE AND COVERAGE
- Bucharest & Ilfov: Deliveries sent from locations in Bucharest and Ilfov will fit in the average time of delivery unless they are handed over until 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday or on Saturdays until 2:00 p.m. Deliveries handed over after these hours or on Sunday will be picked up by the courier on the next working day.
- In the country: Deliveries sent from locations in the country will fit in the average time of delivery unless they are handed over until 4:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday or on Saturdays until 12:00 p.m. Deliveries handed over after these hours or on Sunday will be picked up by the courier on the next working day.
WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS
- Accepted dimensions: only packages and documents that are within the FAN Courier dimensional limits (A3 and A4 auto-sealable bags), available in partner locations:
- In partner locations, customers will be given all the necessary materials. FAN Courier offers its customers, free of charge, auto-sealable bags for transport (A3 and A4). Be careful though! They do not replace the standard packaging, which is mandatory.
- The transport document (AWB) is filled in partner location, and payment is made by sending an SMS from Vodafone, Orange or Telekom network, the cost is different depending on the delivery type and destination, as it follows:

- After sending the SMS with the code mentioned in the flyer with instructions, the customer will receive the payment confirmation and a code that he or she will write subsequently in the AWB form.
- Before payment, please check if the chosen destination appears in the list of locations.
- The following options are not available for Collect Point service: CASH ON DELIVERY, DOCUMENTS RETURN, ADDITIONAL INSSURANCE or delivery in other locations than those in FAN Courier coverage.

FAN Courier reserves the right to not provide the delivery service in an average time of 24 hours, with the obligation to inform the customers about this before taking the order, under the following conditions:
- Bad weather conditions independent of the company’s will (fog, blizzard, snow, heavy rain, flooding, yellow/orange/red code, icy/closed/ ineffective roads, etc);
- Large number of orders registered and in operation;
- Large volume of orders reported to the existing logistics facility, due to special situations or crowded year periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Easter, 1st-8th of March, etc);
- The AWB is not generated from the SelfAWB application.
