Delivery

Simpler than ever

  • Step 1

    Complete the AWB of your shipment, on the website, on selfAWB.ro or in the FAN Courier app.

  • Step 2

    Select the nearest FANbox for the delivery method.

  • Step 3

    You receive a unique code by SMS or e-mail, along with a QR code. If you have a signed contract with us, print the generated AWB and stick it on the shipment.

  • Step 4

    Once you arrive at the chosen FANbox locker, scan the QR code/AWB or enter the PIN code you received and hand over the shipment.
