First, the new selfAWB app version will be activated for retainer-paying customers and will be available as of July 10th, 2023.
We designed and implemented a series of new functionalities, including a more neatly organized layout, and now, the selfAWB app is friendlier than ever.
This transition brings key benefits, such as:
- A completely new interface, easy to use for data inputs and report generation;
- Desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile optimization;
- Faster response time;
- An intuitive and streamlined workflow;
- A dynamic and easy to use structure for AWB generation;
- Multiple new report-related functionalities such as printing, erasing or exporting reports;
- Functional flows optimization (report generation, orders, importing recipients);
- Integration with new ways of interconnecting FAN Courier systems: API, e-commerce modules (Magento, OperCart, PrestaShop, WooCommerce).
To enjoy all the new features, some changes on your part are required:
- Transitioning from TLS1 (TLS1.0, TLS1.1, TLS1.2, TLS1.3) to TLS2;
- Removing Get requests that contain the user and password in the header;
- Accessing the latest selfAWB app version.
To integrate our FAN Courier services on your website, open your selfAWB app, go to Useful, and download the new API documentation. This documentation must be implemented by January 1st, 2024.
