At the end of 2024, we reached the milestone of 2,000 lockers. By the end of February, the network will consist of 2,100 units, and the next 500 units, for which we have already signed the delivery contract, will be installed this year.
FANbox is an innovative service that allows the delivery and pickup of shipments at fixed points (lockers) in a convenient and efficient way, both for individuals and businesses. The concept of smart lockers addresses a real need for flexibility and convenience in managing shipments, offering a delivery point that is accessible anytime and in a quick manner.
Customer satisfaction is essential in the development of the services we offer. In a constantly changing environment, it is vital to understand the needs and preferences of users to improve the performance and efficiency of the services we provide.
That’s why, in October, we conducted a study with 125 people to analyze the performance of the FANbox service and how users perceive it. Customer feedback is crucial for identifying any aspects that can be optimized and for understanding better how customers interact with our FANbox delivery solution.
