Attention! We have identified a new online fraud attempt in which the FAN Courier identity is falsely used to deceive our customers! The attackers send fraudulent emails, requesting the payment of a delivery fee for a parcel. Do not click on the link in the message! It could lead to a fake website where you risk losing confidential information such as passwords, sensitive data, and banking details, or even money from your bank account!
How to protect yourself:
✅ Carefully check the sender of the email and assess if you are expecting an email from them.
✅ Visit the official FAN Courier website (fancourier.ro) or the mobile app to check the status of the parcel you are expecting.
✅ Do not enter your card details on suspicious websites.
✅ Be cautious with emails requesting unexpected payments. FAN Courier does not ask for payment of transport fees or refunds online.
✅ Report suspicious emails to our colleagues through the form available on the website, as well as to the relevant authorities.
