The mobile app comes with numerous benefits:
- You can track the real-time status of your parcels, both as a sender and a recipient;
- You can generate an AWB or place a courier order, directly from the app;
- You can cancel an order;
- Clear options are available for pickup and delivery, including address or designated FAN Courier pickup and drop-off points;
- Costs are listed clearly and are visible for each selected service and/or delivery option.
If you are a registered user of the app, you can create an account quickly and save your profile details, making the process of placing or checking an AWB faster. You have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from notifications, modify your account details, or close it, all in a few quick and intuitive steps.
If you are an unauthenticated user, you can track your AWB number in real-time to check the status of shipments and parcel receipt.
