FAN Fulfillment
A service of fulfillment which offers a complex chain consisting of storage, logistics and fast transport solutions, anywhere in Romania.
- Storage of products in a newly built space, high-tech and facilitated with the newest video surveillance systems, automatic PSI installation and permanent warranty of the products’ safety while in FAN Courier’s custody;
- Reception of products from providers, by reporting the result of reception, qualitative or quantitative non-conformities and the reception documents with photos of the products;
- Allocation of a storage space on lot and serial numbers, with the possibility of delivery on various criteria: FI-FO, LI-FO etc.;
- Complex reporting of logistic activities through WMS: stock, stock alert, return, order, supply etc.;
- Stock inventory of products in the warehouse: monthly, at request or by survey, based on requests;
- Return of products from the final customer, temporary storage and their administration by allocating separate spaces (quarantine); labelling the introduced products (at reception) and exit ones (sale orders) in the warehouse;
- Preparation of products for delivery with the assistance of integrated mobile devices in WMS, by scanning, thus avoiding any handling errors;
- Packing the dispatched products with the Beneficiary’s materials or some made available by FAN Courier;
- Foiling products or pallets, based on necessities;
- Preparation of documents for delivery (fiscal invoice, warranty, return conditions, waybill, distance contract etc.) and those necessary for the fast delivery service;
- Bimonthly invoice, along with the detailed annex of services;
- Dispatch of orders in Bucharest and country, door to door, with receipt confirmation;
- Cashing from final customers, the price of dispatched products and transfer of cashed values in the Beneficiary’s accounts;
