⚠️ ATTENTION FAN Courier CUSTOMERS⚠️
We’ve registered a new phishing attempt where cyber attackers are trying to impersonate FAN Courier organization’s email address, asking customers to make bank transfers to get possession of their parcels or to ensure they reach their destination in the event of a shipment.
Be vigilant!
❗ Check the sender’s email address and make sure it is correct.
❗ Watch for questionable expressions and possible grammatical or spelling mistakes.
IMPORTANT
⚠️ FAN Courier will never ask for your card information (card number, expiration date, CVC code) or confidential personal information.
⚠️ FAN Courier will never ask you to make bank transfers.
⚠️ FAN Courier will never send payment requests by email, SMS or other means of communication. Payment is made online in advance, through secure financial applications or cash on delivery directly to the courier, depending on the option selected at the time of placing the order.
❗ Be suspicious of any such requests and do not provide your personal data.
