- Access to the Return Platform:
The platform www.retur.fancourier.ro will also be unavailable during the maintenance period. Please postpone any return requests until the functionality is restored.
- Functionalities of FAN Courier Mobile Applications for Android and iOS:
Users of FAN Courier mobile apps will experience difficulties accessing certain functionalities or using our apps.
- Functionalities of SMS Link Services:
Viewing shipments status and other delivery-related operations via SMS Link will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
- Drop-off and Pick-up actions at FANbox and Collect Point:
Drop-off and pick-up services at FANbox lockers and Collect Point locations will also be affected. Please check availability before planning to use these services.
