“Școala altfel” (Alternative School Week)
Come and see what a real day in a courier company looks like and what happens to a parcel from the moment it arrives at FAN Courier until it is sent out for delivery. You will follow concrete stages of the package journey and understand why organization, communication, and attention to detail matter in a system that works against the clock. At the end, you will be able to ask questions and leave with a clear picture of what working in a dynamic field looks like.
Green Week
Find out how logistics can be more environmentally friendly and what a more responsible way of working means in practice. You will see examples of measures and habits that reduce waste and environmental impact (from transport organization to the way resources are managed). This experience shows that efficiency and care for nature can go hand in hand and gives you ideas you can apply in everyday life.
Open Doors Day
You have the opportunity to explore FAN Courier in an open format where you can observe, ask questions, and understand in detail how a large delivery network is coordinated. You will learn what roles exist in such a company, what skills are valued (organization, solution-oriented thinking, teamwork), and what career options can start in logistics. Together, we can build strong bridges between theory and practice, giving pupils and students the chance to develop real skills, experience the professional environment, and discover their potential within a constantly evolving professional setting.
Duke of Edinburgh Program
FAN Courier is the first private company in Romania to establish its own Duke of Edinburgh program, an international personal development project dedicated to young people aged 14 to 24. The program encourages participants to develop practical skills, leadership, social responsibility, and team spirit through volunteering activities, adventure, and personal projects.
Our partnership offers young people the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, explore new experiences, and grow in a professional and supportive environment. Through this partnership, FAN Courier contributes to shaping future generations by supporting active involvement in the community, the development of essential life skills, and the building of the first relevant career experiences.
We are proud to support young people on this journey of discovery and growth, proving that social responsibility and professional development can go hand in hand. Any FAN employee can become a mentor for one of the young people enrolled in the program, and the children of FAN employees can join for free at any time. FAN Courier also supports the Duke of Edinburgh program carried out at Grigore Moisil National College in Bucharest.
