A new online fraud method has been identified, in which the FAN Courier identity is being falsely used. Targeted individuals receive SMS messages claiming they have a parcel and asking them to access a link to choose a pickup locker.
This link leads to fake pages that may compromise the security of personal data.
Protection recommendations:
- Carefully check the sender of the message.
- Verify your parcel status only on the official website (fancourier.ro) or in the mobile app.
- Report suspicious messages to FAN Courier and to the relevant authorities.
