To improve the FANbox delivery process during peak season, from November 1 to December 31, 2024, the retention and drop-off period for FANbox shipments will change from 3 calendar days to 2 calendar days. This measure aims to facilitate a faster delivery flow during a time when our clients need us the most.
Additionally, starting November 1, 2024, customers will be able to drop off packages at any FANbox locker, not just the initially selected one. This flexibility in drop-off locations offers our clients added convenience and comfort.
